We are an Australian online freight quotation system that takes your request for freight and allows you to view your freight options from a wide range of transport carriers. You may then compare price, delivery times and choose the best quote to suit your needs and budget, then simply book it in and away it goes. You can even print the label online – it’s just that easy! 2. Will I be able to see my courier quote instantly on screen ? Thats right in most cases “yes” absolutely you’ll get a price in a matter of seconds! We ask more questions on our quote than others as we do things right ! We are the supermarket of couriers in Australia. Sometimes, if you are sending something a little trickier in dimensions, or perhaps to an isolated area, the carriers will need to have a look at what you are sending in order to accurately price your request, but you’ll usually get prices back in under 24 hours.
3. When do I need to pay? To keep our courier and shipping prices low we rely on pre paid shipping. By asking for prepayment we help Australians save money on freight and courier costs. Once you’ve selected your quote you can pay for it straight away with one of our accepted payment methods, or save it to pay for it later where your quote will remain valid for 14 days.
4. What happens after I have selected which courier or transport company I would like to go with?: Once you have selected the best quote, all you need to do is select it, fill out the origin and destination info, pay for it and your order is complete. Then, depending on your choice, either someone from the transport carrier of your choice will collect your freight from your home or business, or alternatively you can drop it off to your nearest carrier depot.
5. How long will the delivery take? This is really up to the person booking the courier we provide several transit time options and guides to show you the aprox transit time for your shipment. It depends on your choice of freight carrier (and the rates!), and can range from anywhere from overnight to several months (in the case of long distance sea cargo). As with most things, generally you get what you pay for.
6. What payment methods are supported? We accept all major credit cards
7. How do I make sure my payment has been received? Once we have received your shipping payment, you will receive a tax invoice for your records. You can view your invoice by logging into your dashboard. We provide a shipping dashboard so please write down your password – we will email you log in instructions. Invoices and shipping labels can be printed from our special website dashboard. During the booking stage if you run a business there are fields to enter your ABN for tax reasons. After your first booking we will send you a login to view and track all of your shipments. Our special booking program will record statements for reprinting. If you are concerned at any stage log in to your shipping dashboard “as per the email” to control your parcel, package, vehicle or pallet.
8. Can I get a refund if my shipping plans change? Yes, provided the transport company has not incurred any costs to us, such as dispatching a vehicle for your pick up, you will get a full refund. As per the conditions our software company may apply a credit card refund charge. Any costs from carriers that we are charged will need to be passed on.
9. Can I make changes after I place my order? Please try not make large changes. Changes can be made however we keep our prices low due to our automated features. To make changes please utilise your booking ref # listed on your ” Booking confirmation ” . There will usually be two ref numbers one for the transport company and one for our team. If you do not know your booking ref number please follow your log in instruction on your welcome email and search for your active shipments. Customers can easily control the shipment by utilising the booking ref number and the consignment note number by calling the selected carrier.
10. Can I change the dates of my courier / freight order? Yes you can change the dates of your order except on the day of pick up. If a vehicle has been dispatched to pick up your freight incurring any costs to us, these costs will simply be charged back to you.
11. Who is responsible for my freight order? The transport company that you choose is responsible for your order and is carried by their terms and conditions.
12. How do I track my order? You can only track your order if you choose a transport carrier which supports tracking of orders. This is done by entering your consignment note into the ‘tracking’ section of transport carrier websites, as applicable.
13. What happens if there is a challenge with delivery? If there is a problem with delivery, firstly contact the transport carrier carrying your order and quote your consignment note number. Your consignment number is provided to you at the time of placing your order with us. If you cannot find your consignment number, simply log into your account and it will be part of your recorded transactions.
14. Will I get notified when the delivery has been received? You will only be notified of delivery completion if you choose a transport carrier which supports tracking of orders. This is done by entering your consignment note into the ‘tracking’ section of the transport carriers website, as applicable.
15. Can I use your courier calculator with eBay purchases? Absolutely, simply enter in the dimensions of the shipment and the details of the goods into our website.
