How many days will it take to deliver my parcel/shipment/package?
It all depends on the courier that you decide to ship with, the couriers provide our dispatch team with an estimated transit time. We load our system up with an the days it will take to deliver from post code to post code. If you require your parcel to be delivered in a shorter period of time simply select an overnight or a next flight option. Do not leave your courier /freight pickup and delivery to the last minute of end of the day. It is always best to book shipments either the day before or in the morning. The majority of pickups are completed in the afternoon with most deliveries completed in the morning - this of course depends on the route and the individual courier or driver managing the territory.

How do I package my goods for transport
If your shipment is moving by road we highly recommend lots of packaging and bubble wrap. Write on your packaging the delivery address in addition to the shipping label as you never know when the shipping label may fall off in transit. For heavy shipments please write heavy or 2 x people to lift the shipment if required. For ebay purchases and sales please do not just throw a blanket of a towel around the item and call it packaged the courier may very well reject the booking. The best way to send small to meium items is to place the item in a secure box utilising plenty of internal padding and use lots of tape. For security regulations the courier may still wish to view the contents. Do not send mirrors or glass items via road as Australia is a very long bumpy country.
